The Commitment of Tourist Quality. Certified that it recognizes the commitment for the constant improvement of quality. This certificate is checked every 2 years. The last one was obtained in 15th June 2010.
El Sistema Integral de Calidad Turística Española en Destino (SICTED) is a project of quality improvement of tourist destinations promoted by the Instituto de Turismo de España (TURESPAÑA) and the Federación Española de Municipios y Provincias (FEMP), which works with companies / tourist services of up to 28 different trades, with the main aim to improve the experience and satisfaction of the tourist.
The badge is the support that accredits the fulfilment of the requirements established in the methodology and recognizes the effort and the commitment with the quality and the improvement continues, simultaneously that it sets the company apart from its other competitors.
